Bergans Slingsbytind
The down jacket for adventurers
We are not proud of it, but we have been joking about people bringing their lightweight down jackets almost anywhere they go. Boy have we been wrong…
A few months ago we were planning our trekking adventure to Patagonia; trying to update our packing list, we were looking for every extra gram to spare. The Bergans Slingbytind came just at the right time.
If you are looking for a lightweight, small packable jacket, which keeps you warm, even in windy and cold conditions, take a look at the Bergans Slingsbytind Down Jacket W/Hood.

Bottom line:
I can now confirm: nothing beats a great lightweight down jacket, whether it’s for severe weather conditions, as a reinforcement garment or for casual use. The jacket is so comfortable and light that I am wearing it all the time (even if it’s just for a quick run to the market)… The slim cut fits perfect under a hardshell jacket. If the sun finally comes out, you can store the jacket in the integrated compression pocket.
